Starting in the logistics side of the industry, he initially worked in a warehouse, handling the receipt and dispatch of parts. His journey into sales began a few years later, where he quickly demonstrated exceptional mastery in sales, purchasing, and customer service. His transition into sales and marketing marked the beginning of his rise to becoming a top salesperson, thanks to his analytical abilities and interpersonal skills. These qualities have made him highly effective in driving business development and growth within the aerospace sector.
As the Vice President of Business Development, Milton Aguilera played a pivotal role in transforming numerous companies within the Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) industry into highly successful repair stations. His dedication and accumulated experience over the years culminated in him founding STAR- Sky Technics Aviation Repair and Sales, where he continues to apply his expertise in steering the company towards greater heights.
